We are obliged to protect our customer's personal data by collecting only the necessary information required to meet our obligations. Customer identification data that is considered personal consists of: name and surname, e-mail address and phone number, or data that are not publicly available. All customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who are required to perform this job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy principles. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be distributed, disclosed, made available to third parties or otherwise made available to any third party without your prior consent.

Order confirmations and other information are delivered to the customer by e-mail to the address registered on the user's profile. EX-ALTO is not responsible for the damage caused by the misspelling of the email address in the user profile or because of the inability to deliver confirmation and other information caused by technical issues on the part of the e-mail service provider.

The customer will receive an invoice electronically.

Reservation without a purchase is not possible. Refunds for purchased goods are also not possible.

In case of dispute about the justification of the complaint and if the Buyer, on the basis of a subjective assessment, finds that he has not received adequate service, it is customary in the business practice to report the case to one of the competent institutions. The competent and official bodies then make all necessary checks to ascertain the correctness and respect of the applicable laws. The court in Zagreb is competent for all possible disputes.
 

The ex-alto.hr website is committed to providing personal data protection, by collecting only essential, basic customer information. All customer information is strictly kept and only accessible to employees who are required to do this. The secrecy of your data is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Web payment pages are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols with 128-bit data encryption. SSL Encryption is a data encryption process to prevent unauthorized access when transmitted.

If the user card is part of the 3-D Secure program, the customer will be asked for an additional identity check as a confirmation that he is using the card.
 

   

At the time the order is received, EX-ALTO will inform the buyer electronically that the purchase has been successfully completed. The purchase contract is concluded after a successful payment by debit and / or credit cards or upon receipt of a bank transfer.

Payment of ordered items can be done by cards: Visa, Maestro and MasterCard or bank transfer.

The buyer is obligated to familiarize himself with these Terms and Conditions before making a purchase and to check them upon each visit of this web site in order to be familiar with all rights and obligations. If buyer does contrary, the Seller is considered free of any liability.

Vendor (Seller) is EX-ALTO. The buyer of the goods is the visitor of the web shop who selects one or more of the offered services and pay by credit or debit card or bank transfer.

Reservation without a purchase is not possible. The currency of payment is Croatian Kuna (HRK), and on the web shop prices are expressed in Euro (EUR). The service prices are expressed with VAT.

It is considered that the purchase agreement was concluded after a successful Payment Transaction with Visa or Maestro and MasterCard cards or after the receipt of a bank payment.
